Welcome to Studio by Source Hero! These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including accessing and purchasing digital Canva asset templates.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using Studio by Source Hero's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Terms

Studio by Source Hero provides digital Canva asset templates, along with resell rights and commercial rights. We offer two membership plans: Individual and Pro. Individual members may use the templates for individual projects but are prohibited from reselling them. Studio Pro members are the only members permitted to resell the templates.

3. Payment and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital products and delivery method, we do not offer refunds. Once templates are delivered, they cannot be returned.

4. Membership

Membership to Studio by Source Hero is required to access and download our digital templates. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional terms and conditions specific to your membership plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the templates provided by Studio by Source Hero remain the property of Studio by Source Hero. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or business use in accordance with these Terms of Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Resell or distribute the templates unless you are a Studio Pro member. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the templates. Use the templates for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio by Source Hero shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
